We used LoChiatto at our old house to widen and pave our driveway and were extremely satisfied with their work so when it came time to widen and repave our drive and replace some sidewalks at our current home, they were among the half dozen or so contractors we asked for a quote. Their quote was fair and detailed exactly what they would do. The contrast with the other bidders was obvious. There are far too many fly-by-night hustlers in this business. Some wouldn't even give a written estimate and most wanted to perform substandard work at full market price. LoChiatto paving is a professionally run organization with teams of hard working craftsmen. They showed up when they said they would, did fantastic work and left our property and the street as they found it. Everyone who sees it pays us compliments. I would recommend LoChiatto Paving to anyone in need of their services. From start to finish the process was smooth and stress free. The receptionist who took my call promised me a response by the end of the day. Within an hour Charlie called me and came to the house to determine our needs and cost. He said the job would last a day and a half, however, the crew finished it in one day. Our driveway is beautiful, repairs were made to the foundation of the house, and everything was cleaned up. My husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with the work done by LoChiatto. This highly competent, professional team showed up at 7am and worked until 5:30 in the evening. We had curbing, a driveway, a paver walkway, and a large paver back patio done complete with steps and two radius sitting walls. The detailed work is impeccable. Vito was wonderful to work with. Lochiatto did an outstanding job on my driveway, I highly recommend them. Creating my driveway from a single to a double. The crewmen work very fast and Efficiently. LoChiatto Paving & Masonry was such a pleasure to work with. Whether I was talking with Josie from the office, Charlie from sales or talking with Vito and his crew. I was blown away by the professionalism, how courteous everyone was, plus all of the work was done with perfection and expertise! We had old brick steps torn down, an old paved walkway torn up and old driveway removed. I had LoChiatto put in paver front steps, a paver walkway and the driveway was widened, lined with angled blocks, paved and pitched flawlessly. They obviously care about the work they do. I was coordinating having a pool put in, so timing was carefully done. They tore up the old driveway and waited until all the trucks were done with the pool before they would come back and complete the paving. If I had a second home, I would use them in a heartbeat.
